Through ideating on new or unfamiliar tech just for fun (especially when it wasn't relevant to client work) and focusing on "What Ifs" like “What if we tried this?” or “What if it worked like that?”, I was able to use the team's own nerdy curiosity against them to find answers, and in doing so, we always had, at minimum, a base knowledge of most new technologies we might encounter in a pinch.

- Provided freelance digital strategy, solution design, and business systems integration, delivering end-to-end digital strategy and technical execution for B2B manufacturing and agency clients, including:
- ~Multi‑site web strategy, AI‑driven analytics and reporting, website maintenance and migration, UX standardization, and ground‑up workflow and platform implementations (monday.com, Claude, and others) with custom automations and integrations into existing digital ecosystems (Microsoft Teams, cloud storage, and related tooling).
- Conceived, designed, and delivered an AI‑powered reporting engine:
- ~Generates a fully designed, branded multi‑site analytics slide deck on an ad‑hoc and monthly basis, including tables, charts, and preliminary insights on core metrics, core web vitals, SEO, product performance, lead generation, and more.
- ~Ingests GA4, Google Search Console, and CrUX data via BigQuery MCP integrations and Google APIs
- ~Includes a custom human‑in‑the‑loop review workflow, enabling the user to refine insight narratives and/or add specific strategic commentary prior to client delivery.
- Designed and deployed an interactive, centralized reporting dashboard powered by Google Data Studio, ingesting GA4, Google Search Console, and BigQuery data. Uses custom GTM instrumentation and scripted data transformations to blend 15+ sources into a multi‑site view of core metrics, SEO, lead generation, product performance, and more.
- Reduced manual reporting and analysis effort by approximately 20–30 hours per month by powering both an interactive multi‑site dashboard and an AI‑generated monthly slide deck from the same analytics warehouse.

- An end-to-End Digital Ecosystem delivering free medical testing and disease awareness education at scale, accommodating data transfer between multiple systems and fulfilling its annual quota of 12,000 tests in the first 6 months.
- A custom-built collaborative PowerPoint editing and publishing platform which ensured data consistency and direct publishing to brand website for non-technical users.
- A $250k/yr Targeted and Segmented Programmatic Campaign across Display, Social, Native, Paid Search, CTV, Streaming Audio, and other channels, among others.
- The First US Commercial Pharma Drone Show featuring a 1,000-drone light show and scannable QR code in the skies of Chicago during a major conference (called off one hour prior to launch due to inclement weather, postponed to Q4 2025).
- A Seamless Agency-Wide Transition from On-Site to Remote over one weekend at the beginning of COVID lockdown.

- Led agency's digital department (2020-2025). Managed cross-functional digital team responsible for client and in-house innovation, development, UX, campaign, analytics, digital transformation, and more.
- Developed, planned, oversaw, and deployed 8-10+ major digital projects annually ranging from websites, digital ecosystems, $100k+ multichannel programmatic campaigns, platform integrations, and unique, custom-built tactics and projects for a roster of US and ex-US clients.
